      What kind of products does 'The Way We Were' sell?
      We started and till this day are growers and producers for a lot of products. We are very vocal for local. However, in time due to location limitations, harvest quality and obvious practical reasons we have also formed a strong close-knit and reliable farmers connection. So in addition to producing and growing a lot of products ourselves we also transitioned into a farm fresh marketplace selling other top quality products from farmers across India. We not only sourced from these reliable farmers but were also involved from the growing to the harvesting process ensuring purity and quality every step of the way. Please be aware that externally sourced product will carry the badge name ‘Externally Sourced’. The products that don’t have this badge are either produced or grown by us. Overall, All Desi Cow Milk and its Dairy Products, All Vegetables, Fresh Fruits and some treats are grown or produced by us. So be rest assured such products including others are all top quality and pure.
      What range of products does "The Way We Were" offer?

      We offer Raw Fresh Desi Cow Milk and it's derived dairy products like Curd, White Butter, Buttermilk, Paneer,  Cultured Ghee also called Bilona Ghee, Cold-Pressed Cooking Oils and Carrier Oils, Whole Wheat and other Grain Flours, Honey, Rice, organic fresh vegetables and plenty of other farm fresh products filled with organic goodness.       What kinds of dairy products do you offer?

      We offer Fresh Curd, Fresh White Butter, Fresh Paneer, Fresh Buttermilk, and Pure Desi Cow Cultured or Bilona Ghee, all derived from Raw Fresh Desi Cow Milk.

      Is your dairy produce organic?

      Yes, all our dairy products are sourced from our Desi Cows that are fed nutrient rich organic fodder grown in-house. They are raised in an organic environment, and are not treated with any chemicals or antibiotics. We are also strictly against artificial insemination, so all our Gir Cows are allowed to graze freely on lush green pastures and free to mate openly.

      How is your Desi Cow Cultured Ghee (Bilona Ghee) produced?

      Our Pure Desi Cow Cultured also called Vedic Bilona Ghee is made using traditional Bilona methods, ensuring it retains all its nutritional goodness. Bilona Method is the Curd route and purest form of Desi Cow Ghee. It is this Purest and most nutritious form of Desi Cow Ghee that is considered sacred and mostly talked about in our ancient scriptures.

      Is your Desi Cow Milk pasteurized?

      No, we offer raw fresh Desi Cow Milk to preserve all its natural nutrients. It's sourced directly from our The Way We Were farms.

      What dairy products do you offer?

      We offer Fresh Curd, Fresh White Butter, Fresh Paneer, Fresh Buttermilk, and Pure Desi Cow Cultured also called Bilona Ghee, all made from Fresh Organic Desi Cow Milk.

      Is your butter salted?

      No, our Fresh White Butter is unsalted. It's pure, raw & 100% preservative-free.

      What cultures do you use in your curd?

      Our Fresh Curd is made using natural cultures derived from our Desi Cow Milk itself.

      How do I ensure the freshness of your dairy products?

      We prioritize quality and freshness. All our dairy products are made from fresh Desi Cow Milk, ensuring you receive the best quality every time.

      What makes your products different from what's available in the mainstream market?

      Our products come straight from our farm, ensuring freshness and authenticity. We practice sustainable farming and prioritize holistic health, setting us apart from mainstream consumerism.

      What types of cold-pressed oils do you offer?

      We offer a range of cold-pressed cooking oils and carrier oils that are natural and free from any artificial additives. Our carefully crafted cold-pressing process retains more nutrients in the oil as they are not exposed to heat during extraction

      Are your oils refined?

      No, all our oils are cold-pressed, meaning they are unrefined, natural and with maximum nutrient content. Our oils are self extracted from organically grown fresh plant or fruit parts. They are pure, undiluted and free from any chemicals or preservatives or harsh manufacturing processes.

      Are your oils suitable for all types of cooking?

      Yes, our cold-pressed cooking oils are versatile and can be used for various culinary applications.

      Are all your vegetables organically grown? How fresh are the vegetables?

      Yes, all our vegetables are organically grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. They are all a result of our natural sustainable farming practices. We also have freely grazing cows on our farm which greatly enhances the soils nutrient value.

      Our vegetables are harvested and made available for purchase on the same day to ensure maximum freshness.

      What kinds of organic vegetables do you offer?

      We offer a wide range of seasonal organic vegetables that are fresh, natural, and free from any pesticides or chemicals.

      Can I buy these vegetables during my farm visit?

      Yes, you can purchase our organic vegetables during your visit to our farm. They are also available online with Free In-Home Delivery.

      Farm Visit Bookings

      How can I book a visit to the farm?

      You can easily book your farm visit through our "Book A Farm Visit" webpage. Simply click on the "Book Your Organic Farm Visit" button, and follow the prompts.

      What activities can I participate in during my visit?

      Our farm offers a variety of activities like feeding and playing with Desi Cows, sowing seeds, and more. We also offer an organic lunch made from fresh farm produce.

      Is it possible to stay at the farm for an extended period?

      Yes, we offer Farm Long Stays for Volunteers. You can contribute and learn about sustainable farming during your stay. You can easily book your farm stay as a volunteer through our "Farm Long Stays for Volunteers" webpage. Simply click on the "Book Organic Farm Long Stay as Volunteer" button, and follow the prompts.

      Is it essential to mention my date of arrival while booking for a farm stay or visit?

      It's not compulsory. You can SMS us your date after completing your online booking or mention it in the 'additional information->order notes' during checkout.

      Do you accommodate dietary restrictions for lunch during the farm visit?

      If you have any special requests, let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

      What shipping methods do you offer?

      We offer FREE in-home Delivery for all our products within Delhi NCR. For long-shelf-life products outside Delhi NCR, we provide chargeable Pan-India third-party Shipping.

      1. 🏠🚴‍♂️Free Local In-Home Deliveries within Delhi NCR:
        • Enjoy FREE in-home deliveries 🏠 across all product categories with a minimum order value (MOV) based on your location, determined automatically at checkout.
        • Delivery schedules are fixed and run mainly between ⏰☀️ 6:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., 🌞 extending up to 🌅 6 p.m. in specific locations.
        • 📆First delivery sets future ⏱️time slots, so expect timely deliveries once you've been slotted into our schedule. Be flexible and have a backup ready incase you're busy.
      2. 🌍📦Pan India Third-Party Courier Shipping Outside Delhi NCR:
        • Opt for third-party courier shipping services 📬 like FedEx, Amazon, Bluedart, DTDC, Dhelivery, etc., for fast 🚀 and reliable delivery outside Delhi NCR at rates 💵 as low as Rs. 22/kg.
        • ⚠️Note: Products labeled as 'Perishable' are not eligible for this shipping method.

      Do you provide daily deliveries? Is weekend delivery available? Any Time and Day specific deliveries?

      Our delivery schedules are specific to regions and are not flexible due to the nature of the raw milk and dairy products we deliver. The first order will determine your future slots, which will be discussed with you. Deliveries usually start from 7 am to 2 pm and can extend till 6 pm for some customers in selected locations. The good news is we are always punctual once slotted. If time slotting is an issue, please discuss it with our senior management: Shikha (Logistics and Billing Manager)- 9873001696 or Abhinav (Marketing Head and Escalations)- 9990143060.

      You can view the fixed delivery weekly schedules on our In-Home Delivery Schedules page to find out which days of the week we deliver to your particular area. 

      Is On-Demand Same-Day delivery available for all products?

      Urgent On-Demand Same-Day delivery is available only for select products and areas within Delhi NCR based on a certain higher Minimum Order Value. If you require an urgent same-day delivery then please get in touch. Please check our Delivery Routes & Schedules for more information.

      How do I know the delivery schedule for my area in Delhi NCR?

      You can find details about delivery routes and schedules on our Delivery Routes & Schedules page.

      Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

      Yes, we do offer COD, but it's subject to certain conditions and available only for select areas.

      Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?

      Yes, the Free In-Home Deliveries based on Minimum Order Value (MOV)  conditions, is only for customers within Delhi NCR. Since we do not accept orders below a certain MOV, this ensures deliveries within Delhi NCR are always 100% FreeMOV differs based on customer location in Delhi NCR. The MOV is calculated automatically at checkout. Please refer to our Delivery Routes and Schedules page for more details.

      Can I track my order?

      Live tracking Shipments is available only for orders outside of Delhi NCR. For such orders we provide third party courier shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. You can also use the tracking button link in your account dashboard under orders tab. Additionally, you'll be kept updated on WhatsApp about your shipments Live Tracking events. This process is automated after you place an order on our website.

      Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

      Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.

      There is a shipping error displayed when i try to check out?
      Our checkout is automated but incase you do get an error at checkout you must first click the Place Order button before anything else as this would generate an error report and based on the reason for the error you can quickly and easily resolve it. Incase no such error report is generated this means there is probably a typo error most probably in the City field as you only had to type the city name with the correct spelling and nothing else in the city field. The generated error report will tell you that either you have not ordered according to the Minimum Order Value set for you based on your location or that the products in your cart could be of perishable nature (such products have perishables badge on them). Please meet the requirements mentioned in the error report and retry to checkout successfully.
      What if I miss my delivery?

      Do not miss your delivery or else the Raw Desi Cow Milk will get spoilt. Since our drivers cater to many orders at once so it will be difficult for them to wait for long, or make repeated calls to locate you on the delivery site. Please be flexible and always have a backup to receive the products if you're too busy. If you miss your in-home delivery, you may or may not be be charged for it as the case may be.

      Do you offer international shipping?
      Currently, we only deliver within India to ensure the freshness of our products. However, you may get in touch with us to help you with international orders. We would only provide long-shelf-life items for international shipping for e.g. Organic Pure Desi Cow Bilona Ghee also called cultured or curd-route ghee, among others.

      My Account Details

      What can I find in 'Account Details'? and where can i reset my account password?

      The 'Account Details' section holds your basic personal information like name, email, and password. You can update these details at any time. You can also reset your password here if you remember it. if you dont remember your password then just logout and try to login again and click the forgot my password link and continue to reset as per instructions.

      How do I use 'Coupons'?

      Any available coupons can be found in the 'Coupons' sections in Your Account Dashboard, and you can apply them at checkout for discounts.

      Where can I see my 'Order History'?

      You can track all your past orders under the 'Order History' tab in your Account Dashboard.

      How do I check my 'Order Status'?

      The 'Order Status' feature allows you to know the current stage of your order, from processing, to delivery, to completed.

      You can see the Order Status of a particular order in your order details from your Account Dashboard.

      Where are my 'Invoices'?

      All invoices related to your purchases can be found in the particular order section from your Account Dashboard.

      What is 'Pre-Orders'?

      'Pre-Orders' will show you the items you have ordered in advance and their estimated delivery dates.  Preorders can be found on your Account Dashboard.

      What can I add to 'Wishlist'?

      Items that you want but haven't bought yet can be saved in the 'Wishlist' for future reference. Your Wishlist can found  on your Account Dashboard.

      How do I use 'Shipment Tracking'?

      You can track the status of your shipped items in this section. Only third party shipping orders that are have the delivery address outside Delhi NCR are eligible for this feature. Your can find your track button on the relevant order details page  on your Account Dashboard.

      Where can I find information on 'Refunds Approved'?

       The relevant Order details page on your account dashboard will show all your refund transactions that have been approved. From here you can also request for a full or partial refund of the newly created order. You must send a refund request from here within two days after receiving shipment. 

      Where can i find and add top-up for my Way We Were Wallet? What is is 'Add to Wallet'?

      You can add funds to your wallet for easy and fast checkouts. This is the personal 'The Way We Were' online wallet. 

      I cannot see my phone number on my account page?
      your phone number is always linked to your billing address phone number and you will need to go to My Account -> Addresses to open your billing address to see your phone details associated with that particular Billing / Shipping Address. You can edit your phone number from here.
      What other features can i see in my account page?

      Your My Account -> page will show your Order History, Order Statuses, Pre-order History and Status, Payments and Refund details, Live Tracking of your order in transit, Wallet Amount and Wallet History, Account Details, Coupons used or available to you, Your Wishlists, etc…

      Transactions & Payments

      What payment methods do you accept?
      Currently we accept all modes of payments including debit card, credit card, online net banking, UPI and all kinds of online Wallets including our very own ‘The Way We Were Wallet’ payments,etc.
      Do you accept COD orders?

      We also accept Cash on Delivery only for certain locations only inside Delhi NCR region. Your COD eligibility will be auto assessed at checkout. COD is not eligible for regions outside of Delhi NCR. For COD you can pay by Cash or also opt to pay by PAYTM & Google Pay which are the only two online wallets we currently support for COD payments. There is this link too if you want to pay by credit card, internet banking & many other payments. But just be sure not to delay the payments as raw milk can get spoilt due to casual payment delays. If for some reason there is a delay then you can always pay later :))

      How do I make a payment for offline orders or outstanding COD orders?

      Go to our "Make A Payment" page and click on the payment button. You can mention the purpose of your payment such as "Settling last month's statement" or "Payment for order number '123456'."

      Can I watch videos related to The Way We Were?

      Refund / Returns / Replacements / Cancellations / Additions

      REFUNDS / RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS / CANCELLATIONS ?

      Refund / Returns / Replacement requests for orders placed on this website should be requested from within the website itself. You can do this inside your My Accounts page by going to -> Orders & opening the particular Order and clicking on the button which says "request for full or partial refund". Please also mention reason for refund requests. A maximum of 2 days is given from order delivery date post which your refund request may be denied. So please request the refund within this 2 day period. Incase you have genuine reason we will still here you out and refund accordingly. Please always mention reason for Refund/Replacement/Return and try to provide images if any as proof to support your claim.

      Order Additions/Cancelations of existing orders will need to done before delivery boy is dispatched for delivery. Shipped orders cannot be added to or cancelled.
